I let my ex in-laws take custody of my daughter 10 years ago, they told me i could get her back when i got on my feet. Well I got on my feet and they said I couldn't have her back b/c they adopted her. I never said they could do that b/c I wanted her back as soon as i got on my feet, which was less than 1 year. They adopted her in another county i do believe, they knew how to get in contact me even if i didn't actually live somewhere Will someone please help me. They will let her live with her father and she has even told them that he does drugs (pot) in front of her. She is 13 y/o. But they wont let her come live with me at all, and i don't even do drugs!!! My life has been more stable than her fathers could ever think about being. Please someone help me. I am thinking about sueing the county that they went through to adopt her, b/c the grandfather use to be a constable there and knows who what when and where. that county is just a joke in this state. thanks for taking time to read this.
