I want to file to gurdianship for grandson. My daughter has been a six year battle for her son. My grandson is bounced around. On this last visit my grandson told my daughter that his step mom was punching him in the stomach. My daughter call the cops. The same week it went to what I say was a joke of hearing. The judge wanted my grandson to go back to dad a.s.a.p . Well they went for meation. Talk to my duaghter for 10min. Talk to dad and his whole famliy for one hour. Thw women stated my grandson was safe!! They had my grandson change his story! The police were never spoken to. I want to file my own guardianship NOW. This not this first his stepmother has hurt him. He stated to a thearpist he was being smack in the face for not writing his name. Yesthat went to hearing nothing was done!! Help!! Sorry for any mistakes in spelling!
