Since our child was born I have been o good terms with the babies father. He has given support for the baby no trouble there. I have given the father unlimited access to his daughter...he has come to my house to visit I live with my Mother she has welcomed him into our home. I bring the baby over to his sisters house he lives there to visit his Mother, his Aunt and the babies cousins...they play and get along beautifully. My babies Father is Haitian and I am White Caucasian. After three years he says he wants his daughter to bond with him and he would like to take her with him alone his daughter says she wants Mommy along and cries if we tell her Daddy just wants to take her out but shes freightened of him and wants her Mommy along. I am a little weary because he says he would love for her to see Haiti and I feel he may take her without my permission. What can I do I don't want to forbid him from seeing her and I don't have the money to get an Attorney. I live in Florida what are my rights???????
